Katie has been with Totaro & Co. for over 10 years as their Lead Bookkeeping and Payroll Specialist. Her diverse experience covers extensive knowledge of all “behind the scenes” needs of a small business. She has worked with all major payroll platforms and is proficient in both QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop.

Katie is appreciative that Totaro & Co. has given her the ability and tools to advance from an administrative role to overviewing clients’ financial transactions on a day-to-day basis. Knowing the niche of businesses’ financial needs and expectations helps Katie maintain her rapport with the clientele, which she believes is a main factor for any businesses’ long-term success.

Katie is a Certified Pro Advisor and is certified in Advanced QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop. She is fluent in such payroll platforms as ADP, Heartland and Gusto.

When Katie is not at work, she enjoys the company of her friends and family and boating on the Barnegat Bay.
